Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a therapeutic technique that incorporates bilateral stimulation to help people heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences and traumas. The goal of EMDR is to fully process past experiences and emotions that are attached to those events.
